This Mark's store has a lot of varieties as you can see in the pictures. Clothes for everyone, casual, intimates, sleep wear, office and industrial wears, dhoes, socks, belts, caps etc. The clothing last very long and are well made. However they don't sell suits.The store is neat, well arranged and organized and their customer service is excellent. They have a number of sales going on and many items on clearance. Prices are reasonable and affordable and they have lots of parking.

I love shopping at Mark's but the Airdrie one not so much. I find the cashiers are not willing to help you when you don't find an item your size. I asked the cashier for a size in a hoody and she replied, we have one in your size but probably already in a box in the back because we are shipping our winter clothes. We can't look for it. I continued shopping in the back part of the store looking to see if I find one. A nice older lady didn't get her name but has shoulder length hair, asked me what I was looking for and I told her what the cashiers told me and she replied. I will try and find it for you in the back. 5 minutes later she came back with it in her hands and said I found it for you. That lady is very helpful, you can tell she likes working there. She needs a raise. Not like the other three cashiers being lazy to help a customer. Finding the lazy way out!

I appreciate sales. But one person can completely overhaul the kind customer service in an entire store filled with great employees. That one person or lady's name was Karen (Yes, the name on the receipt was actually Karen). This morning she calmly reprimanded me for going with what's stamped on my receipt and not her word. All sales final" is what she said she told me. That's totally fine. The stamp says Exchange or Merchandise credit only. She returned them to the sales floor. I'm guessing that if I didn't have half my head shaved due to migranes and headed to a cleaning job

I bought work shoes barely 5 months ago and they are already tearing. I went to the store today to report to customer service. Unfortunately the manager was very rude and said she can't help . I do not recommend buying this brand of shoes SKECHERS Work otherwise you will be very dissappointed. Customer service = 0.

Very Bad experience with Marks online order and store service to deal with the issue. Ordered online they gave me used one and later on requested another pair . They sent the same used pair to my home. Very disappointed with their customer service. Called customer care centre also and they hung up on me twice . Please be careful before buying stuff from their online website and particularly this store. Thanks

Great location, was helped by a gentleman named Verne he was very friendly and incredibly helpful. Made my shopping experience at this marks location a very positive one. If only all Marks employees were as helpful as Verne.

Great place to shop for young mens clothing. Awesome bargains just before Christmas, busy, but only a 5 min wait to cash out. Very polite cashiers
