Got in an accident at the end of February. Got everything fixed up and my vehicle back after a little over a month. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and communicative with the entire process.After I received my vehicle back, there were a few things not working properly, and they took my car back and set up the rental, and fixed everything in an extremely timely manner.All in all, everyone in this location was top notch and would definitely recommend.

They were very comforting and informative at all times even when my car was in the shop I got follow up emails with status. I will definitely come back here all my repairs in the future. Not to mention the wax job to top it all off was exceptional inside and out.

From the moment I called to see if they could take my car they were super friendly, and made me feel very confident with leaving my car there knowing that the right work would be done … and on time !I received updates throughout the process, to keep me informed on how they were tracking and what was getting done each day. I dealt with John directly, and he was very responsive and willing to answer any and all questions I had (which was a lot)!I got the entire side of my car replaced, and they were able to complete this in just 3.5 days and at a competitive price!! There were no surprises in terms of price at the end, they were very transparent during the quoting phase and there were no “extra fixes” that needed to be completed while they had the car. Sent here by my insurance company after I was rear ended on the 401. Happy they sent me here, excellent service, car looks like new. Great communication from the drop off, to the work progress and to pickup! Not that I want to need them but if I did I would definitely return!

Just went to get a quote at Assured for Insurance Company.Don't know the outcome as of yet.Staff seem friendly. Counter staff was very friendly. Got me a chair to sit outside while waiting.Offered, coffee, or water to drink immediately upon arrival.Great first impression.Missing one star until I know the quote price. Review done quickly after leaving.

Assured Automotive is top of the line professional. Very welcoming and they take the time to explain the work to be done and what was completed when you pick it up.
