Pepper Palace

I just left the store and as always I was given GREAT service! Staff is SUPER friendly and always happy to suggest things for me to try. My favourite is the Fire Roasted salsa (bought 2!). I also bought the Mango Hot Salsa (Super excited to try this one out), French Quarter Creole & Music City seasoning. I highly recommend a visit soon. Happy eating!!

We stop here to get items every time we visit this mall. What a great store as the selection is incredible. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Helps that they have tasters of pretty much anything you can buy at the store. Best deal is the buy 5 and get 6th for free. Nice to get something free for things we would be buying anyways. You have to visit this store if you are in the area.

Doors been closed 9/10 times I've come here to buy sauce and ik getting pretty tired of it, I thought you had good employees who cared about the customers but clearly the old guard is now gone in favour of people who probably get paid more for knowing less than anyone that used to work there, can't stand the new crew, bring back the guys who were running the place a few years ago

The best hot sauce store around! The staff are always friendly and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you get exactly what you're looking for. Every time I visit, I walk away with about a dozen different sauces. I have a few favourites but always enjoy trying something new. They're great about letting you know what to expect for level of heat too. Love this place!

Another edit to the review. Today I received the package with replacement bottle. Instead if one bottle, they sent me 3!!! Thank you Pepper Palace!I would like to add this edit to my original review. Since I posted the review, Pepper Palace has reached out to me to offer a replacement for the broken bottle and to let me know that they are aware of the “broken bottle neck” issue and are working on solutions.Thanks Pepper Palace!!Clearly don’t care about the customers. I shopped here often and spent quite a bit of money. Sauces are good, but sometimes not consistent (I always buy this one sauce in addition to others, and it doesn’t always taste the same). As seen in photos, one bottle neck was broken when I removed the plastic wrap. It never happened to me before, but I emailed the store and contacted them through the website. I wasn’t looking for replacement or refund, just to let them know because more bottles in that batch might have been broken. No response, no acknowledgement. Can’t say I’m surprised considering how uninterested sales people are in the store (except for this one young guy whose name escapes me now). And I can see from reviews that my experience is not an exception. Also, came to the store few times to find it closed when website says it’s open (not great when you drive 45min to kiss the closed door)

Excellent staff.They are very kind and helpful. They have lots of information about all the products.great tasting experience. Loved it!!!!

My boyfriend was tasting & I politely declined as I don’t do well with spicy & the employee Nic was determined to find me something I like. He found multiple different ones that we both very much enjoyed. He & his coworker were very enthusiastic & great customer service! Will definitely be heading back!

The Pepper Palace is a great store, with awesome selection. The staff were fantastic. They cared very much about customers finding products that they will enjoy. Nick went out of his way to help me find hot sauces that I would like. He went above and beyond for customer service. Overall I am quite pleased, and will be going back again
