Hearing Aid Source

I don't usually write reviews, but this one is definitely worth mentioning. Hearing aid source provided me with the best experience. Diana was amazing, kind, and comforting while treating my ears. I feel like I have two new ears.  She is exceptional at her work. I would strongly recommend people to consult her, If they need their ears checked.

The experience was exceptional! I went in for ear wax removal and the whole team made me feel so comfortable. There was no judgment, they chose the safest and most convenient method for removal and explained aftercare in terms that were easily understandable. Honestly, if I ever have any issues with my hearing I would chose them first. 200% would recommend !

Mary accommodated me in a short window. Had my ears cleaned in almost record time. The staff were very professional, they ensured to walk me through the process and educate me on the necessary steps to take moving forward. I also had the chance to look into custom in-ear monitors for when I'm touring, I strongly recommend using their services.

with both ears clogged and unable to HEAR,I googled ear wax removal and presto!using 3 techniques from initial flush to suction, Dianawhom also let me know and introduced me to her trainee,proceeded in a painless and expert manner to go deepand capture hardened wax already attached to theinner skin and with ear hairs !!!NOW I can hear a pin drop ~the crud I witnessed was disgusting and was glad to beadvised on irrigation bulbs for maintenance .kudos to this clinic, really enjoyed the interactionwhen calling for appointment and upon arrival !

Edmond took significant time to listen and consult me on use and options to improve my existing hearing aids. To solve a unique problem he used custom in-ear custom pieces and a secondary program. Small but significant changes to the equipment and 'real-life' fine-tuned adjustments made a significant difference in my use and enjoyment of the hearing aids. I now have improved hearing and I now wear them everyday! . When I first visited I had a pair of aids gathering dust in a drawer because they were uncomfortable and poorly adjusted. The office is friendly, welcoming and has a great vibe.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Mary is AMAZING! She was able to schedule me in for today for ear wax removal and I didn’t know what to expect. But she put me at ease and explained everything so well, I was instantly comfortable. She’s such a joy! Now I can HEAR again. She also explained how I can do it at home from now on as well. Super nice, clean clinic. 10/10 experience

I love this place (no joke)! After going to multiple walk in clinics and getting my ear destroyed, I came to Diana with so much ear pain to the point where I was having sleepless nights. Diana took her time and provided so much care into helping me take out ear wax that felt like it was cemented into my ears! They were able to book me the same day I called. I was provided with gentle and effective relief and they gave me advice as to why I had an ear wax problem and how I could avoid the problem in future. It took less than 1/2 hour. Very happy with my experience.
