We love our Panorama windows! Everyone we worked with was friendly and professional. There was was minor issue after install and it was fixed promptly. We liked Panorama windows and doors so much we decided to get doors from them too!

Panorama windows and doors just installed two windows for me, and did a fantastic job. Here are a few of the things that impressed me most:1. Customer satisfaction. These guys go out of their way to make sure you are 100% satisfied.2. Excellent responsiveness from the beginning, to the very end. They always returned my phone calls, emails and texts quickly.3. They go out of their way to try to match existing windows/framing where possible. In my case, they provided matching j-mould for no additional charge.4. They are very neat and they completely clean up the work site when they are done. They are very attentive to ensuring property does not get damaged.5. The windows look amazing. The manufacturer they use makes great looking windows.Out of these things, I hold item 1. above to be their best quality. In my case, I noticed something that wasn’t quite right. They immediately came out and advised what they were going to do to fix it. Shortly thereafter the repair was done.I’m very happy with the end result and would not hesitate to use them for my next window installation. Thank you Felix and crew.

The guys were efficient and professional. They finished the entire house in a day, allowing use to use the bedrooms right away. They listened to all our feedback and addressed it immediately. Their work is great and they left the house in a great state (used a vacuum after they were done).

Representative Joe came out was on time, professional, respectful and asked if he should take shoes off in my home etc... he was knowledgeable about the company answered the few questions that I had. Was very pleased with the beginning stages of getting my sliding glass door installed. I went through with down payment and scheduled my next measuring day. I am excited to get the sliding glass door put in. We are so very pleased with our doors that we purchased from Panorama Doors and More. I can say that the finished product exceeded even our high expectations by a country mile. The workmanship is spectacular. When the gentleman came over to install the doors, it was clear he was a master of his craft. I recently had windows and doors installed from windtek and i was very satisfied with the work that was done. They installed my front door, basement doors and all my windows. After seeing the sign for Panorama windows and doors in my neighbourhood I gave them a call and a few days later they were able to come by to give me a quote and walk me through the process of selecting my door. We were able to customize the glass to perfectly suit our needs and we are very pleased with the amount of privacy our door provides while also filling our front entryway with light. Our door took longer than expected to arrive and there were some delays with scheduling an installation.
