Awesome visit, Marla was helping me and she was by far very knowledgeable, polite and I just received outstanding customer service. I recommend it to everyone. Pricing is top notch which helps. Great experience because of this young lady.

Called and ordered an Alternator, price was $159.00. Went to pick it up and it was a starter? Didn't have the right alternator in stock, spent an hour with the sales guy and finally found one for $209 plus $90 core fee. Ordered it on a Thursday, advised would be in by 2:30 on Friday. Didn't receive a call till 4, thought I would pick it up as I needed my vehicle for the long weekend. Went to store, advised me the Shipper misshipped the part & it wouldn't be in until the following Weds? Really? Very polite to deal with however they gave me the wrong price, then left me with nothing to drive for the weekend when I was promised it would be in by 2:30. Not a good experience at this location.

Thank you so much TRISTAN for the help today getting my licence plate screws dealt with. I appreciated the help as you literally went threw almost every screw you had at the store and then proceeded to help install it in my car. Will definitely give this location my business from now on!! Thank you again.

Wow These guys are really cool. Their customer services are 100%. Really appreciate the work. The prices are also reasonable. They some how manage to find your part in store.

Phoned in almost at close. The girl that answered was delightful, pulled all the stock had it ready for me for the next morning. We ended up returning parts as they weren't needed and they were great with the return, they even remember you. The store is a smaller compact floor layout than others but they still have all the stock and items you will require. Great staff! :)

My favourite place to buy parts for the vehicles is this Part Source. The staff are friendly, and seem to remember their regular customers. Many say they're expensive, but I always do a price shop before I buy, and 9/10 times they're cheaper or equal. Store is clean, and organized. My favourite part of this store is that I'm not treated like I'm stupid. I'm not mechanically inclined, but they will take the time to explain what I need to know and if I didn't get it right, they help me figure it out. This weekend we inadvertently bought the wrong type of rotors and they got them switched to the proper ones with zero issues. I recommend them to anyone.

I will never go back to this store again. They gave me the wrong part, when I went to exchange it, the guy seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing, didn’t know how to look for the right part. He tried to ask a coworker but they weren’t very helpful.There was a lady behind the counter on the phone out where everyone was able to hear the conversation, and she was very loud and rude with the customer she was talking too.All the staff here seem grumpy, unhappy, and know anything about cars.

The guys here are the most helpful parts guys I have ever seen. Shashi was the one gentleman who helped me and went above and beyond to help find me what I needed. The other guys were all super happy and well knowledgeable as well. I would suggest hitting this place before stepping foot in a canadian tire any day

They sold me a referbrished caliber when I specifically asked for a new one. I didn’t even notice it was referbrished until I noticed the ebrake part was sticking. It was very overpriced so I thought it must be new. I went in when and asked what the heck and asked what they would do about it... the one guy who looks baked asked the mgr if I could have a lil gift card or something but nope. I’ll be returning it shortly and replacing it with a new one. Never doing business here again. They seem really un happy and ignorant. Not sure what’s up with this place. Go to goods auto in Elmira or anywhere other than here
