Personal service from the people who are actually repairing your vehicle .... big box auto centers can't touch this high level of service!

Brought my brand new car here for my first oil change. They charged me $150. Seem high so I shopped around everyone else charges $80 including my dealership

Hands-down the best car mechanic service that I have ever had in the thirty or so years I have owned cars. Wonderful people, quick availability of appointments, fast-turn-around times, and superb work at an affordable price. I can't say enough good things about them.

I just had my first experience getting my vehicle fixed here. First off it is the cleanest shop I have ever seen and the work quality was excellent. The price was very good as well. Definitely will be taking all of my vehicles there from now on. You can trust this place.

I have attended this shop many times over the years. This is my first time since the change of hands. This review is my experience with London Genuine Auto Service.I called in the morning to try and ascertain a cost to fix my vehicle - or a rough idea anyway.Whoever picked up stated that it would take 10 minutes to look up on the computer how much a certain part would cost. Not expecting the man to stay on the phone with me I asked him if I could call back in 10 or however long he needed. Begrudgingly the man said no he is working on vehicles. He quickly turned the conversation into an argument and stated I don't think you want to come here" and hung up the phone.To be fair after that experience I did not want to go there and will never go back.The shop itself may fix vehicles I cannot comment on that.The professionalism of this shop is deplorable and I am amazed how it stays in business."

They got my Ford e250 1990 into the shop when they didn’t have much time in the week to work on it, the kindly squeezed me in and repaired some much needed electrical work on it. My impression of this shop is that they’re quick, honest and fair.Thanks much!

Great service! Brought my car in for an oil change and to figure out why my check engine light came on. Found another serious issue that a previous shop had made an error on and was extremely helpful. Recommend for sure!
