Saw the owners son get special treatment after treating everyone around him like trash including co-workers and customers alike. When I asked a manager what was up I was told that is the owners son and I should try not to get served by them next time.

NEW: as of today may 6 I received my orders and they were all made like they were just thrown in the box with no care at all ist not a burger it's a build your pancake. Photo includedOld: still same star but today January 26th they messed up my childs kids meal witch she was disappointed PAY ATTENTION TO PEOLES ORDER WE PAY MONEY TO GET WHAT WE WANTED, YOU ARE HIRED TO COMPLETE THESES ORDERS IN FULL WITH THE CORRECT ITEMS STOP MESSING THEM UP, its bad wen one customer always comes back every time shows how many peoples orders you mess up, example if i would forget a part in your car wen fixing it and i tell you its good and you pay and drive off then something goes wrong do you think its fair that we need to keep everthing to its 100% and give are 110% but you guys just give up and give only your 60% work effort. OLD: Coffee was good till for 2 days streek the elder lady this morning September 15 at 7:20 am made my coffee with no sugar and i clearly ask for 5, disappointment.

Very unprofessional staff , they gave us the wrong food i order the 2 chicken big macs and they gave regular big mac we went back 20 mints in drive thru and then the gave this poutine With no grave it was cold & no gravy .

Got the nuggets and fries for take out and the fries are really over cooked. It's like they heated them up by re-frying them. Given that I picked up my food at 5:30 and the restaurant was busy there was no reason for the fries being this bad.

I haven’t had any real issues with the service in the last few years, prior years is a different story but the hours are all over the place. Sometimes closed at 10, 11, later? I went at 10:30 and the drive thru was closed despite the hours being until 11. I’ve heard the issue is due to staffing but make it easier for the staff and change the hours to close earlier so it’s consistent.

service was good but the fries look like they were reheated in the fryer and they were ice cold and very hard 2/3 burgers were good but the other one was really bad. the manager should refrain from speaking bad about staff infront on customers.

I will not give a review for the service because there is no service at this McDonald’s and I’m not gonna stop here with my complaint or review. I am also going to phone their head, office, McDonald’s Canada, and make a complaint about that particular franchise and that’s what everyone should do so that they will all be fired and rehired good people good staff. I feel that the employers are responsible for the staff if they’re not treated properly then that’s going to show with the customers.

Went this evening for some dinner. It was slightly busy but there was lots of staff. Our fries came stone cold which is unacceptable when your busy and pumping them out fast they should be fresh and hot. The worst part was the state of the restaurant. It was absolutely filthy and disgusting. I didn't even get photos of the kitchen or bathrooms. The photos included is just the dine in portion. When I complained, the manager could only say his staff were doing more than their jobs. There was garbage everywhere ,spilled drinks, the tables hadn't been wiped, etc. This establishment is a public health nightmare especially with covid still present.

By very far the dirtiest McDonald’s I ever visited with my kids. Men bathroom were filthy with urine on the floors in front of each bowl and the kids par all tables were sticky and very obvious haven’t been cleaned in more then a day, floors from corners to corners were greasy and dirty. I usually don’t complain but I can assure you this place was very very very dirty.
