Lots of good stuff here for a reasonable price compared to larger chain stores. Found everything I was looking for and they had lots more to choose from. For Asian pantry staples, support local and pick them up from this place!

Good and various food

Small asian grocery store, has almost everything you'll need to make asian dishes. Best vietnamese banh mi in town, made with homemade vietnamese baguette. You'll have to order in advance as it's always sold out and toast it at home for the real experience. Recently open so they getting new stock in all the time and willing to work with you to bring item you're looking for. Can't wait until they get their bubble tea store up and running!

Gacha Viet Mini Mart is a new Asian Mart that was just opened in the centre of Thunder Bay. This mart stays right beside the Pho Umami and opposite the Silver city then this could be much more convenient for its all customers. The parking lot was wide and enough for at least 20 cars. All Asian customers, especially Vietnamese ones will easily find their childhood memories through the mart items. Hao Hao or Thai hot pot instant noodle could fulfill the taste with the price just 0.99$ per package. The seafood were various. There were also four kinds of meat for hot pot: pork, beef, sheep. The Asian spices would help you cook your hometown food more conveniently. Banh Pia and moon cake with reasonable price would be the best present for kids and your relatives, even your Western friends. There was a packing machine, I thought they would have offer for drinks soon. It would be perfect if that is sugar cane juice.Best wishes for them.
