Doctor Robert Leslie is newer to the group. He is excellent with a great attitude, knowledge & personality. Great Doctor!

I was told to be at rvh for a vasectomy at 9 am. I was put in a short robe that ended 6 inches above my knees and left in a waiting room with aprox 20 other people for 2 ¹/² hours. When I finally questioned the nurse I was told dr. Ray does was not scheduled to arrive at rvh until 11 am and that there was an emergency surgery he had to do first and I wouldn't be seen in till after lunch. Since my wife was my ride home and she had to work at 3pm the nurse told me I would need to make other arrangements as I would not be done in time. 6 hrs is not enough time for a vasectomy????? With the consultation meeting and the day of surgery I lost 2 days pay and it cost me 15 dollars to park at rvh and all for nothing.. over $300 taken out of my pocket,out of my 3 kids mouths for nothing.I don't take home a doctor's salary, I can't afford to loose pay for nothing.Oh and I really enjoyed to 2 ½ hours I spent in the waiting room with strangers able to see up my gown since it was too short.. that was bloody awesome!Find a better doctor to do your vasectomy as this one only cares about himself and not his patients!

I had two kidney stones that required emergency surgery. I requested a report on the stone so I wouldn't have to endure this ever again and change my eating habits. Not only did I not receive a report, these butchers injured my insides and I had to go back and receive emergency surgery again because of their incompetence. Find another urology department to help you.

Dr. Barnette is one of the worst doctors I've seen very discriminitory against people with disabilities.

I had emergency kidney stone removal surgery performed by Dr Robert Leslie. The emergency staff at RVH were subpar at best, but the surgery staff, recovery staff and follow up appointments with Dr.Leslie were problem free. In defence of the Urologists who were maligned by other viewers, I'd like to point out that 'emergency surgeries' are exactly that 'emergencies', meaning urgent and taking priority/importance over less urgent procedures. Therefore, attacking a surgeon's integrity or competency for not prioritizing an existing appointment for an optional, non-urgent procedure, like a vasectomy, over an unexpected, life threatening EMERGENCY surgery, is just plain ignorant. As for making demands about when and how stones should be analyzed? Well, had that person followed after care instructions and procedures, they'd have the results of their inquiries. Procedural steps are set by medical professionals for a reason. Patients need to let doctors do their jobs sometimes, instead of making ridiculous and unreasonable demands because they don't want the 'inconvenience' of having to partake in the same after care as everyone else. We're all important, we would all rather be doing ANYTHING else than going to appointments and having to do more tests and stuff. So ignorant. So rude. I would give full stars, but I had to take one off because of the RVH emergency staff, since my whole Barrie Urology experience started in the RVH Emergency Dept. Dr.Leslie and all the staff at Barrie Urology Group have been nothing but professional, polite and empathetic. I came from Toronto to Barrie and I was worried about getting a new Urologist. I am now worry free.

My father-in-law was a patient of Dr Hartsburg. He passed away a few days ago. I have been trying to call the office for a day now to cancel an upcoming appointment. Message has been left on a machine at the reception desk. Under the circumstances, it would be nice to talk to an actual person. No calls returned. Where is the humanity?

I I ’m sure Dr DiLena is a fine doctor, but his office appears to have staffing issues and the service is very poor. You never get a person and, if there’s any room left on the voicemail, you can leave a message. Return calls are very very slow. My 92 year old mother has an urinary infection and we dropped off the sample early Monday morning and the office was notified. It’s now Wednesday and no prescription has been issued and no call has been made. She’s uncomfortable and there’s little I can do. Yesterday and today the voice mail box is full. It isn’t serious enough to go and sit in emergency for 6 hours, but I don’t feel the ask is too big here to get a prescription to her pharmacy!! Maybe more staff need to be hired!! Very frustrated with this doctor.

My cancer was dealt with in a very timely and professional manner.Dr. Leslie is an amazing surgeon. One week post-op and I feel good..
