Being a female who has zero clue about the car industry, I was given the most incredible deal and in no time. I dealt with Makar. Amazing guy. So professional and so reliable.Overall 5/5 experience.I would recommend this to anyone who wants to buy cars from genuine dealership.

My experience at Car Deals Direct was professional and worry-free. I was looking to purchase a preowned vehicle and Car Deals Direct came highly recommended. I simply told Gabe our sales rep what I was interested in and my price range. He was very pleasant and told me he did not have that particular model but would start a search for what I wanted right away. Within a week he had the exact model in the colour I wanted. Most importantly, it was within the price-range I specified. I would have no hesitation recommending Gabe and his team at Car Deals Direct. Purchasing a vehicle had never been easier.

Initially removed my first review because the sales manager refused to reimburse me for the detail my car required (wasn't done upon initial pick up) unless I altered my review, keep this in mind if all you see is 5 stars - there's a reason for it. Not even 2 mins after deleting my review, I received reimbursement for the detail - mind you I asked multiple times, and they wouldn't send the $$ until my review was altered.I have driven just over 1k (grocery trips and school drop offs) and the tires are so worn I need to replace them, this is my family vehicle - which the dealership knew upon purchase. Once I looked at the pictures that were initially posted on Autotrader, it appears the tires were switched before pick up because it's a completely different brand from the picture on the sales ad and what I received.Get a trusted mechanic to look at your car after your purchase. I asked my sales person, Cynthia, for the copy of the Carfax report twice, and never received it. My mechanic believes it's because they did not fully disclose the accident history when it was asked before purchase.Added pictures of the condition my car was in when I picked it up, they even tried covering the gross, dirty seats with plastic to say they had a detail done.Please think twice.Call OMVIC if you have a similar experience.
