Cannot say enough about how amazing everyone is at ABC. All the staff from the admin, to the installers. All were very professional and reliable. They responded quickly and met our needs beyond our expectations. Marlon provided great service. He is deeply personable and relatable. Truly impressed.

I moved to Lethbridge 8 years ago and have used ABC both when I was renting a small house, and now as a home owner. Their service has always been and continues to be GREAT!

Very disappointed in recent the service. We are multiple time repeat customers of ABC Heating. We made an appointment for someone to come at 12:30 on Friday the 13th of January 2017 to measure and quote for replacing and relocating all of the duct work for our house. At no time did anyone mention a quote fee. When no one had shown up by 130 I called their office. I was told no one was now available and since my house is 15 minutes out of town there would also now be a fee if I wanted them to come measure. They told me the fee would be refunded if I decided to go with them for the job.We will never again be calling ABC for any of our heating and cooling needs.

I have to say I’m completely impressed with ABC heating and cooling! Hands down exceptional customer service, fast, knowledgeable, efficient, super professional! I highly recommend and they will always be my first call!

I would highly recommend this company for HVAC. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. They showed up right on time and thoroughly explained all work performed and make excellent recommendations. Will definitely use this service again.

Excellent service. Hottest day of the summer and my air conditioning died. Owner of the company showed up before the end of the day and had it running before supper. Thank you ABC.!

ABC to the rescue! Last night when it was -36 with the wind chill, I came home to find out my furnace had quit. My house was 8 degrees! Brrrrr I called ABC at 630pm and the arrived promptly and fixed my broken furnace with a smile. Marlon also took the time to show me basic maintainance that I can do myself to save costly repairs in the future.
