I moved from one unit to the other unit due to pest issue. I was told by the management that the new unit is pest free. After I move with my 2 months old baby, on the first day of moving we have seen pests again. Management here is so concerned about the money rather than giving the proper services to the tenants. Also we have been told that unit can be inspected before moving in but the work in the unit was no completed , Kaneff was doing the work in the unit after we moved in. In fact Kaneff has charged me more due to the internal movement than they charge the new tenants from outside. I would not suggest anyone to rent this place. Kaneff management should look into the issue. Also most of the times management is busy repairing the water pipes leading no water to the residents. Building management has suggested a improvement idea to keep the recycle bin outside the building premises which is causing trouble to the residents as we need to go out of the building whether it’s is rain or snow.

Never come here!No body responds here. To use the swimming pool I have to raise a request even though there is a notice stating it's open from 8 am to 9 pm ( updated on 7th Feb). And even after you raise the request they pay no attention. It's been 72 hours and the swimming pool is not opened. I call them so many times to follow up, but it falls on deaf hears.Never take an apartment here in this building or anywhere in Kaneff properties. They have a very bad management. This is not the first time I haven had to suffer such a situation, when something breaks down you have to keep calling and calling till you loose your mind.

The place seemed nice when I moved in, the superintendent was present and active around the building, repairs were being done, etc, pretty normal. However it's been a year since we had anybody taking care of the building since they got rid of the superintendents.The pool was closed since end of April, in fact, the pool was in for a short" "repair" shortly after the first hot day of the year

Water issues in my unit. Never hot water in the 8 years I've lived here. Cold or barely lukewarm at best. I was told the building's running on one boiler, while the second boiler waits for parts. It's been quite a wait. Kitchen water is the worst and coldest while bathroom I'm told to run both shower and sink hot water taps. This works a bit better but the results are very short term and vary wildly through out the day. There's other issues as well, but this one's the biggest. Come only if you're desperate for a place to live and don't have to live in your car. It's a lot of your hard earned money here.

Kaneff 3575 has become a jungle now no one to look after management no amenities nothing.You put complain no one listen it use to be a good place when Len was here since he left it became rotten place .Rent you pay on time with rent increase but pool closed gym closed everything closed now recycling bin outside how about old person will go outside and put recycle in snow or anytime they are placed so highI got hurt myself when I put the recycle there.You call them 100 times they don’t listen.I am surprised with some people gave 5 stars in past 10 months which is totally wrong and one thing need to be notice they reply to those reviews but bad reviews they will say we are sorry this is not any excuse.I am living in this building for almost 10 years but since last 1 years this place has become garbage.

Management raise the rent but service significantly went down. Less frequent cleaning in public area, constant strong chemical and paint smell, pest infestation, can't use pool for whole summer, no management on site, no response and no show for maintenance but asks $85 penalty fee if I don't meet their requirements, constant temperature change while taking shower.

I would give them -5 stars if could worst management ever. I have complained number of times regarding the facilities and work order I have put 2 months ago but no one listens and keep lying. pool, gym and other facilities has been closed from 5 months which all tenants pay for. whenever you call they don't have any answers except that repairs have been conducted which is a blatant lie.just now In The name of improvements they closed recycle room and one has to go out to throw the recycle garbage which is very in convineant especially in rain & winters my wife even tripped while throwing recycle as bins are placed so high.i could only imagine what's going to happen with ppl with disabilities and elderly.infact some of the residents have compliant about cockroach & pest infestation in their units. Managent is absolutely useless and look for excuses whitout giving any proper answer Infact there is no superintendent at all in the building So i can only imagine if there is an emergency in middle of the night what would the residents do as there will no body to direct them.i would say ppl who are thinking about moving here to do your due diligence and if possible speak to current residents before making any decisions.

Very bad management. Don't think of renting at this building. management gets worse everyday. No amenities at all. If you need repairs, it takes forever to do that. Lots of problems at this building. Everyday there is an issue in the building. If I can give ZERO star, I will without hesitation.

In short: Building is infected with coackroaches and treatment offered by landlord is not effective. We had to buy our own material to try to get rid of them. Ammunities have been closed for few months. Management is nowhere to be found. Maintenence request are being repeatedly issued but not completed. Recently the landlord have changed the location of recycling which made things more difficult for tenants. Wrong Statements of arrears issued to tenants while the landlord keeps rent cheques with them for weeks before cashing. My recommention: stay away from this building!!!

DO NOT RENT IT HERE.No amenities works here. Repairing in these amenities goes on forever and ever. Party room, gym- nothing works here !! When we call management about the estimated time, the only answer we get is “WE DONT KNOW”. HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE???? Man we are paying rent how is it possible that we don't get the facilities that we are paying for????There is roaches everywhere. There is shutdown of water twice in a month.
