J Simon’s Fast Car Shipping

I think like a lot of people reviewing this company right now, I've also had my car delayed. From Toronto to Delta, it took 21 days. Besides the time, however, Dee was great from the Delta office and my car is in great shape! I would definitely recommend this company for shipping, but just take that timeline with a big grain of salt.

I used rocket auto haulers, which uses J Simon’s, which uses Hansen, which works with CP. I dealt with J Simmons a lot trying to get updates. Unfortunately all information received was wrong and lies just to get me off the phone. Rocket auto haulers were even more clueless and worse for many other reasons. Can’t believe either of these companies are in business

My husband and I booked this service and they double charged us. We paid using Visa over the phone and was charged 3% as per their policy and then my father-in-law was told at pick up that he needed to pay before receiving the car. When we called they said they couldn't return the money to our credit card because somehow their machines don't allow it. They offered to mail a cheque (we are out of the country and couldn't receive it), or have my father-in-law drive back to the pick up spot to reclaim his cash (which he paid to avoid the 3% charge). We asked that for the inconvenience they refund the 3% and they wouldn't, nor would they cover his Uber considering he had to waste money to get his cash back. It was disappointing that this company was quick to take the money but when they owed it back to you, they said either they couldn't or they wouldn't give you anything for the inconvenience. For this reason I would look to use another company for this service.

One of the worst companies!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They have a very bad customer service and they do not care about you! All they actually care about is to milk as much money as they can outta you. I gave them a fine running classic car to ship from the lower mainland to Toronto!!When the car got there, one from their unloader workers broke a random key in the ignition switch!!!! The funny part is that they blamed me for it saying the keys are worn off! My reply was but the guy broke a key that’s not even the car’s key!! They never took responsibility of what they did and I had to pay extra money for the tow truck to pull the car out of the rail car and to replace the switch! VERY UNPROFESSIONALS AND IRRESPONSIBLE. Take your business elsewhere if you care about your cars!Also, I am talking to CP rail about the incident as the unloaders are CP workers. Will see what they would do to assist the situation.I wish there’s less than a star so could rate them!!

I shipped my vehicle with J Simon’s. They damaged my tires, all 4 of them were completely deflated. All of my dashboard settings were completely changed. I now have to purchase 4 new tires which will cost $3,000+tax. They guaranteed coverage of my vehicle, now that it’s time to provide coverage, they are refusing to honour their guarantee as per our contract agreement. There are plenty of great ways to ship your vehicle, J Simon’s is not one of them. Shop around, you’ll be happy you did. I’m not using my name in order to protect my identity. So, J Simon’s, don’t bother responding and saying you don’t recognize my name as a client.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! If I can prevent even just ! person from using this company I am happy. This company lies, is beyond rude and just takes your money without caring about service. I have a full email trail for anyone that wants to read it. This company claims they have been in business for all these years, which with there customer service I don't believe, AND they feel the customer should be happy there car arrived NOT damaged! So because they are so focused on the customer should be happy there car isn't damaged, does that mean most vehicles do arrived damaged? STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!

They are very rude. For 45 days, my car has not arrived from Toronto to Vancouver

I had a decent experience with them shipping my car from Montreal to BC. They had the best price among all the companies I checked. Please notice they are extremely busy and it's best to call them during the afternoon. The only thing I don't understand is why they don't allow you to pay extra to insure the car if the car is over 7 years old.

Get away from Fasttrack company. It’s a scam. The only thing they do after dropping the car is laying and justification. They make non sense justification of the delay. I dropped my car at their place and more than a month later, they replied that the car will probably arrive in one month later. Horrible communication, horrible responsibilities, horrible understanding. They make fun of you when saying your not happy with their service and you will be told to file a complaint against God. I hope that God will make something like that to the self and their family, so they understand what is the feeling of making joke of others.I wish there was less than a star review but ….NEVER ever even send them a message for a quote, do not even think about it.

Good customer service; the tracking on the car and arrival time was accurate. I arrived to pick up my car in a rush, and didn't listen to the lot instructions and got lost. The kind lady working the desk today was extremely helpful and nice and guided me to the car. Very good customer service on that end!
