John was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I gave him my mom and grandmothers wedding rings, he fixed them up, replaced missing stones, polished them and they are absolutely stunning and like new again. These family heirlooms are very special and such a treasure to be able to wear them without worrying about losing any more stones. All my rings were resized and he created a beautiful custom ring. If this wasn't enough John also went out of his way to make a repair to my rolex watch. John met with me after hours and followed up afterwards to ensure that everything was good. I absolutely highly recommend John for all your jewelry needs. Such amazing customer care and quality service is hard to come by these days. Definitely 5-star service. Thank you John :)

Originally made me a gorgeous ring comprised of my mother's diamonds. I unfortunately left it on a cruise ship. John made me a new one which is just as gorgeous. I highly recommend him for any jewellery needs.
