staff member told me that if I would spend 200$ on accessories for a new contract, I would get 200$ credit on my first phone bill. Once I received my first bill, I only got 100$, so I went back to the store only to get 50$; a rep said that for the other 50$ I would have to speak to the person I initially dealt with. When I finally did, she said she gave it to me on the purchase of my phone, which was not true, then she said I would have to wait 6 months to get it if I still wanted it. In all I am still happy for the service, just I will make sure everything is written down to avoid any way to get screwed.

Horrible service, busy chatting, very unprofessional. I preordered a pixel phone and they didn't have it tagged or reserved for me when they received it. Anybody could have bought it from there. They asked me to move out of the way while I was checking the plan in my last transaction with a fido representative so that they can start closing shop at 8:20 although they close at 9.

Horrible customer service went looking for a provider, had already seen the promotions online the sales rep guy didn't even know about the promotions I was asking about. He kept saying we have no promotions " After telling him about them he all of a sudden knew about them?? He wanted to sell me the worst phone on the market with an expensive plan He didn't look very interested to help me so I left Never going back"

Bad customer service including store manager. Their staffs doesn't know a thing about customer service. Recently Signed up for Lg G6 promo and should be getting a LG bluetooth earphone for as sign up bonus. They had me running around several times ans was promised to give me the earlphone but endup nothingafter drove 60km back and forth. Escalated this stupid fiasco to store manager (Marco) and he promised to call me back over the phone and after two months wait time he simple forgot about it.Beware before you buy from this kiosk.
