I bring my vehicle to the Birchwood Nissan Service team every time I need an oil change or for any other service needs. They take good care of my car & ensure to keep me updated during the service process. The staff are all very friendly & knowledgeable.

My first time buying a car in Canada with CONFIDENCE!been to many other dealerships but the experience in Birchwood Nissan was different. I was lucky to meet Amani & Evan who were truthful and patient all the way. This is actually what buying a car should be like!!

Watch out for this dealer guys, they can manage to get a car with budge tire and cracked windshield to pass safety without replacing them. Zero credibility! Nick the used car manager is the type of car sales u can not trust!

I contacted Birchwood Nissan because my husband and I were looking to trade in our car and getting a new one. We immediately were helped by Marlon, who got us in that evening to show us the car my husband was interested in seeing. We were able to test drive the car, and fell in love with it! Marlon answered all of our questions, got our car own appraised that night for a trade in, and even stayed late so we could put down a deposit with Kevin.We went in Thursday, and Josh helped us understand all the new features before we drove our new car off of the lot. Kevin also set us up with the financing and a great warrantee package. We really appreciate the great service and all of the help Marlon, Josh, and the Kevin gave us to get us set up with our new car. We love it!!

Our 8am appointment started poorly because no one greeted us. We stood around for 3-4 minutes while 7 or 8 staff members chatted then we were acknowledged. We were quoted as 1.5 - 2 hours. Our vehicle was taken in at 8:53am. We were consistently updated through text about the car. Twice they asked to do more than was planned for an additional fee. We declined. We were told it was going to be cleaned next in line. 36 minutes later we were told it was next in line and we could pass on the wash if we wanted to. We waited over 2 hours by that point so we waited to get it washed. Our vehicle was ready at 10:48am. 2 hours and 48 minutes after dropping it off.They should not have taken the appointment at 8 since they couldn’t started it until 9. Seems our time is not valuable to them.

I recently bought my 2019 Honda Civic Sport from here. My experience was fantastic! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff members, great service and they were able to educate me since this was my first vehicle purchase from a dealer. A big thank you to Clinton, Mark and Daniel for all the help!
