We found our sump pump not working effectively this evening. A quick call to the after hours phone service and Justin called back within minutes. Kade was dispatched, was earlier than he thought, diagnosed and replaced the pump. Cost exactly what was quoted over the phone. Incredibly friendly, very professional. We have ourselves a new plumber!!

Kevin is awesome! He went above and beyond during our initial consultation. He was very accommodating, I didn't feel rushed, and he answered all my questions - including ones I didn't know to ask! I came away with a solid understanding of the installation process, timing, price, and next steps. I had an air conditioner installed. Dims and Ryan did all the work. Could not have asked for any more proficient and professional guys. They were kind and courteous. Cleaned up all the mess after the installation. They also showed me how to run the control for my air conditioner. They went above and beyond to help me understand how to run this machine. Would have them both in again for any work that was needed in my home. Thanks guys.

Ryan and his partner came to replace our furnace and install new air conditioning. They arrived when they said they would, were very friendly and explained everything through out the process. The install went very smoothly. They walked us through the new install throughly providing us with tips and maintenance instructions. I would highly recommend Hydro-Flo P&H for all heating and plumbing needs. They were excellent to deal with and would use them again!

I had a mystery leak that was driving me nuts. Tyler was able to diagnose the issue in about 60 seconds and provided me with several options to address it. Transparency on pricing was provided upfront and the job was completed efficiently and professionally, and most importantly, the issue was completely resolved. Will use their services again and would recommend to anyone.

I contracted Hydro-Flo to replace a gas-fired hot water tank with a heat-pump electric model; this involved the replacement itself, as well as running new wiring back to the panel. They did a good job; communications were prompt, their estimate was accurate, and their craftmanship was excellent.I appreciated that their estimator thought it important to visit my home to verify his assumptions, but also did it in under 15 minutes - he was very transparent about what he needed to know and where the uncertainties were to do the job properly, without having me pay extra for his time.I also appreciated their attention to detail - while doing what I'd contracted them to do, they took they time to re-use the foam pipe insulation from my old system and re-install it on the new one (rather than throwing it out), helping to retain the efficiency without additional cost to me. Little things like that stand out to me for what a professional job looks like.

Woke up to no hot water. Kevin was at our home within a couple of hours to diagnose. We decided that an on demand" system would work best for us. It was almost the weekend and not an "emergency" (just close) so Andrew and Caleb came Monday morning and spent most of the day removing the old system and re-plumbing for and installing the new system. They were easy to deal with

The service tech was professional, friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately the cost of doing the service was too high, so we did not proceed with the actual repair. The one point downgrade on the rating was because of the length of time it took to look for the correct parts, which were not available, and this increased the cost of doing the diagnosis. Would be nice to have a flat rate.

Fair price. Courteous service. Excellent installation of a Carrier air conditioner that was a bit challenging because of the awkward, small space they had to work in. All in all, a very positive experience done by great guys. We plan on using them again for our new hot water heater.

Installed a new Carrier furnace. Hydro flow answered the call. Very knowledgeable, personable and professional and came with their own clean up supplies! Kade lead the installation; made sure everything was in top working order and that we knew how our new system worked. Wife said house was cleaner after they left than before they came. Now that’s saying a lot!! Huge rave-job well done! Highly recommend!!
