Went into the store to buy ant traps on sale. Found a number of packages with a $4.77 sale tag in front of the packages. When I got to the cash they were $7.59. Manager called. She said it was a mistake. I selected another package and went to cash. This package was wrong too by over $3. The manager didn’t offer to honour the prices displayed. Apparently customers are expected to check the SKUs of everything they buy here.

I’ve never been to a more useless store in my life. Three people just sitting there, and nobody wanted to help me. Left and went to Canadian tire. Don’t want your time at the store.

For variety, it's not Home Depot, but it's in-town and convenient. Staff are more knowledgeable. Small town feel. Only ding is the Sunday hours, but again, small town thing.

I find it ridiculous that they won't price match and also be arrogant about it! No wonder Home Hardware falls way behind the rest of the Home Improvement stores!

5 people in line at customer service, no employees behind the desk to help. I asked around and was told that I could be helped at the desk. The cashier paged someone to help and still nothing. I went back and told them again and they paged the manager and still nobody to help. I would expect a manager to know how to run a store better.

On the front window of the store they advertise shop your local, Now I remember why I stopped shopping local and started driving into Milton for Big Box. The weekend manager snapped her crayons and went full Karen on me and her teenage employees, horrible customer service! Another senior employee was belittling the 15/16 year old teenage boys in front of me at the cash, claimed he was a CEO and has no patience for the kids working here. WOW, the kids working there were more professional than the two crazy senior employees!!!
