Awesome service with a smile and laughs!

I booked early for a van rental and was given an older vehicle, not clean, that had an exhaust odor in the back of the vehicle. My children were hoping to use the vehicle for my grandchildren's car seats but struggled to get the seat belts to work properly. We returned the rental, our deposit was not refunded in whole or in part. It was a busy weekend and we observed the van as a rental with other customers. I hope our concerns were attended to before other families used this vehicle.

The address of this is wrong... It's off ocean view drive up the hill at 3rd Avenue. Nice old man who runs it out of his house (he picked us up in downtown Queen Charlotte) but the communication leading up to our trip was rather confusing, the car wasn't the cleanest and the brakes didn't work great. So it's fine for a backup option but probably best to try a different rental company first!

Sherry is super sweet. She dropped us off and picked us up from where we were staying. She also helped us learn more about the magical nature and culture of Haida Gwaii.

Don't count on them for a ride to the airport. I booked a ride (I was in Sandspit, so they'd be driving right by) with the airport shuttle van. I was 30 min early waiting by the roadside. They never showed, and I had a small crisis in getting to the airport.
