I used another local company to open my pool and they let all the debris on the safety cover just slide into the water (first time pool owner, I didnt know any better). Orillia pools has been so helpful in getting me fixed up and even squeezed in a professional waste vacuum for me. I love them!

Gwen and staff are always ready to answer any questions about maintaining our pool, always recommend only what is necessary vs. some companies that try and get you to purchase anything and everything. We are very confident in their knowledge and abilities!

Owner Gwen is very unprofessional and rude. She constantly returns zero phone calls to customers. You have to repeatedly call hoping on one occasion she will answer herself. We hired her to maintain our pool during a five week vacation in the summer of 2021. It was pathetic and when we inquired as to why the maintenance we had arranged did not take place. She responded that she had forgotten. We found out through a neighbour’s phone call that the pool looked very dirty and that the pump had turned off. I think if you want pool service you can rely on with some degree of professionalism find another company or you may find yourself getting very frustrated in contacting Gwen and getting good responsible service.SincerelyCarol Young

Not just a pool store!!!The room off to the side is a great place to get BBQ supplies including brine, sauces and marinades.

Best pool store around town hands down. Friendly, helpful and excellent customer service. Glad I have them to help with my pool.

The best service I have received from ang retail company. Fast, knowledgeable, extremely friendly staff. They even researched specific product for my hot tub and hot it in. Wouldn't go anywhere else especially after previous experiences from other local companies. 5 star service.

We had a pool installed by another company and it was an awful experience. After install we had issues getting the water clear and the other company sold us +++ chemicals that didn't help. I went to Orillia pools who checked our water for free and gave us a simple solution at a fraction of the cost and it worked. They have been really helpful, teaching us how to maintain our pool ourselves. We go to them for all our pool needs now, we really appreciate their friendly and personal service over the other company.

Would not reccomend at all. They have mislead me every step of the way. They dropped my tub Off without calling me and letting me know that it was coming. They set up tents blocking my stairs and said it would be for one day and now theyre telling me it wont be till probably next week. I am catastrophically disavled and have tripped and fell twice now trying to shimmy putside around their tent. It was paid for by my insurance c and I wish they went with another company. The workers are great and Mark the owner is great ( although he did mislead me about timing) but his wife is not a person you would want to deal with. She hung up on me and said she would only deal with my occupational therapist who lives in another city. I never wanted the hot tub dropped off here monday because it could be vandalized but was reassured it would be done right away. I was told by the owner that if anything happened it would be looked after. Now his wife just keeps re itterating that Im not getting a refund. I never once asked for a refund. I just asked that they not use my yard as a stock uard until they get around to it. I guess once Im paid in full it dont matter anymore. Its all about the next sale now. Please be warned that they may seem great but as soon as there is a problem you see how fast you get put on the back burner. I only rated them one star because they got nice workers. Not very organized though and dont communicate nicely. Buyer beware

Gwen and her team have been incredibly supportive and helpful to me as a new pool owner. They had my mucky water looking clear and blue within days, and they had somebody come back out quickly to help troubleshoot a problem (that was born out of my own incompetence).
