CIBC Branch with ATM

An absolutely incompetent staff - financial adviser Jing Yan had no clue what to do and how to proceed. Other financials advisers never return calls. You cannot meet with them as there are no appointments available. They don't return calls, don't answer the phone, I was told that they will call back if they don't forget!!! This is inexcusable! Forgetting the needs of you clients is the bottom of professionalism and should NOT be excused. It’s useless , feels like running in circles. It is very frustrating, as CIBC online is also very hard to reach.But you cannot get answers over the phone either at this branch or get wrong answers from incompetent employees. I spend not less than 30 min each time on the phone waiting before they answer, if they answer at all. CIBC needs to pay attention to the quality of their employees better !!!! The luck of professionals is resulting in frustration of clients and THIS low rusting if this branch! Something must be wrong there and it is CIBC responsibility to make things better.Go somewhere else. Your money isn't in good hands here!!!

I’m a newcomer with my husband to Canada. The personal banker Jing just helped me with all of my banking needs! She’s always keeping smile and paying all patience on what I was talking. Good experience with Jing!

If you have a whole day to waste for just depositing a cheque. Please come here. There will always be one teller sitting behind with loads of attitude as if we work for them. I would think twice to come back here to this branch.

I don't normally post a review but something has to be said about this (girl) teller's attitude. I went in to get a financial letter for canadian immigration and showed her what needs to be in the letter. I went to another branch yesterday and got one but I thought the letter didn't have all the things I needed on it so I went to this branch today. Was waiting in line and saw her interacting nicely with other customers and when it was my turn it was just complete opposite. Not even a 'how are you'. Told her about the letter I got yesterday not meeting the criterias and she was rudely asking 'but how do you know', while I literally had the criteria list in front of her and I said it's on there. She went 'oh' and didn't even apologize or anything. I told her I can get that very same letter from 2 other banks and she went on saying CIBC does things differently and was going to charge $16 for a letter I got for no charge yesterday. Didn't get her name but if she's going to be that rude she probably deserve to work at the back of the office instead of dealing with people. Worst service I've had in 6 years of being CIBC customer!

Will never return to this branch. The teller clearly hates her job, her life and all people. She refused to deposit a cheque made out to me into my cheqing account with CIBC. What a waste of time.

I had a telephone meeting booked with Wendy Hales.Wendy never called, emailed or even made any type of contact.CIBC has not been giving any type of support to low income clients and with the non communication attitude when booking an appointment to help with financial goals ignoring long term clients is not cool!I will be changing banks to TD end of may and I will not be thanking CIBC as they have never been there to help low income clients unless you make more than 50k a year.Thanks Wendy Hales for helping realize why I should have left CIBC a long time ago.Do not book with Wendy Hales.

I deposited money into my account at the drive thru ATM at this location earlier this evening (with the intention of going grocery shopping since stores aren't taking physical bills at this time), only to have the machine decide it was going to retain my card" after it failed to push my card all the way out twice in a row. I had to call the help line

Most of the staffs working at this branch are completely incompetent to provide banking services to their customers. Dissatisfaction happened at several instances. The following two were significant.1. A teller staff completely failed to provide me info regarding my RRSP contributions during the tax filing time. I explained to him the same thing again and again - he was unable to understand a simple thing -- instead he spoke to his supervisor, and she (supervisor) printed for me >10 pages of documents to show me the contributions! Come on! I can see them in my online banking. What I wanted to know was just (tentatively) when would I receive the RRSP contribution receipts from CIBC for tax filing?". They took approx. 30 min time to find out an answer!2. I wanted to cancel my mortgage insurance

I went to this branch their manager gave me a hard time she didn’t give me bank draft in my account Then I went to another branch they gave me that easily shame on CIbc put manager like that.Shame

Worst costumer service ever. The female behind front desk didn’t greet me, had attitude, not professional. Didn’t want to help me with what I needed done. Didn’t suggest any type of help. Didn’t do anything productive. Later to find out from the management she could of actually done what I needed done. What a great way to waste my time.
