Great staff with helpful knowledgeable advice. Saw a negative review about Jessie which was strange as she has been excellent to work with on all visits. I do see that some clients who don’t really understand what they are looking for can get frustrated as staff has limited time to interpret unintelligible questions….perhaps educate yourselves first then go shopping….saves everyone time and frustration.

My experience at Andrew Sheret Limited has surpass my expectation! Lou at the front counter have retreated me with the best customer service! He has gone above and beyond customer service. I brought in an old sediment faucet core get a replacement. Lou told me it was too old(over 60 years old) and that they would not have a replacement. I was devastated. Lou manage to free up the seized screw and found a replacement gasket. Now that’s service!

Wonderful place to shop for plumbing supplies. Lou was exceptionally helpful and informative. Would recommend and come back again.

For the most part service is good, unless you get the cranky woman (Jesse). Whenever she serves me, I know she's gonna be rude. She acts like she's doing the customer a huge favor. We buy a lot from them, we should be getting better treatment. Service industry is not her thing

Alway knowledgeable and great service. Great guys at this location. Old-timer Lou been here for a long time and has great knowledge on OT homes. Just newly renovated and it now bright and tidy.

As a plumbing contractor I'm in always need of a quote for jobs I'm bidding or parts to fix at a service call and Craig from inside sales has always been taking care of me in all aspects. He really goes above and beyond and I couldn't have been happier. Their staff is always in a great mood and that really helps when people are mostly In a pinch.

Customer service at this location is pretty terrible. My first contact with a sales person wasn’t very informative. My second visit to the store was better- the manager there is very knowledgeable and helped me choose everything I needed for two bathrooms Renovations. However, after that the communication and service was not great. Phone calls are never returned. I had one sales person forget to call me back about a part that was missing from my special order. I had to keep calling the store for updates on the status of a special order, which took close to 16 weeks. Had I been informed of delays or had my calls been returned, I wouldn’t have such negative things to say about this business. I have two more bathrooms to renovate- I’ll be going straight to Fibretech this time around.
