I am now in my 3rd Elantra from O’Regans. I dealt with Amanda (sales) & Kevin (finance) this time round & 100% recommend both of them. Amanda was awesome to deal with from the sales side. She kept me updated to the status of my car (we ordered it back in Feb & due to the backlog it didn’t arrive till mid June). Kevin was amazing! I leased a new car & my daughter bought out the car I was returning on lease. During the process he talked directly to her & asked her the questions (even though I was right there) concerning her purchase of the car. He treated her with respect and not like a kid. I appreciate that very much.

Save your money. Go elsewhere. Classic. Car wouldn't start. Checked the handbook and it said if you see the little car symbol with a key in it then you've been immobilized and to bring it to the dealership. So I got a wrecker to drop it off. I go to the dealership the next day to see that they received the vehicle and they tell me that it could be 6 or 7 business days. What? Anyway, car doesn't run and I'm out a towing fee already so I say, okay". My partner receives the call later that day (it's their car) the service rep provides the details. Starter is broken $600+ to fix it. What? I call them and they explain the starter was over $400 and and it would take an hour to install. I say that price ridiculous. I get

Wally and Kevin were great to work with. We went from a 2017 Tuscon to a 2023 Tuscon Hybrid. The model underwent an entire refresh in the intervening years. The navigation system is all new, and Wally went through everything with us. He demonstrated and explained the various features (there are lots!), answered all our questions, and checked in with us a few days later to ask how things were going. Kevin walked us through the financing options before the vehicle arrived, got us a competitive rate, and really listened to us when it came to what we wanted and what we didn't. We waited almost a year for the vehicle to arrive so we had lots of interaction with these two while we waited. They were friendly, straight forward, and kept things uncomplicated.

I understand things are slower because of Covid. But I’ve been waiting over 7 months for a rear camera replacement. Every time I call they keep putting me off a month longer. What’s the deal? Shouldn’t take this longUPDATE.. finally got the camera installed. Only took about 11 months to get the camera here. Good news is they didn’t charge me as it was under warranty when this all started and now warranty has expired. Works great and happy to have it. Thanks
