My mom has hern there and she said the experience there was really goo the staff were nice, friendly and straight forward

Great staff and amazing guest area. April has always contacted me for any cancellation so I can be seen sooner; excellent customer service. Danica was amazing at cleaning, very gentle and made sure I was comfortable.

Excellent staff. The Dentist and Hygienist are fantastic, Informative, explains all procedures both before and during exam. Love them all.

These people are interested in only making as much money out of you as possible. After being told that there was 2 options available to me the front office would only allow the much more pricier option. After an argument and a heated discussion they did allow the more cost effective plan. Also I received and was billed for an examination and checkup that I had never asked for. The bill for examing my last four remaining teeth? 165.00. This may work for people who are employed and have a dental plan, but for the elderly with a fixed income this is a disater and a place to avoid at all costs.The nastiness did not end at the office. The following day I was telephoned by the nasty office manager and berated once again for choosing the cheaper alternative. These people are wonderful to deal with if insurance is paying the bill but truly abusive to the elderly who have to pay out of pocket. I truly regret that one star is the lowest review available.

I normally never leave reviews good or bad, but in this case I have been compelled to warn others of this practice. I cannot tell you how I’ve been left so disappointed and with such an awful experience with New Sudbury Dental. The only positive thing about New Sudbury Dental seemed to have clean office, but from my in flections I am not sure about the cleanness of the equipment.I did not receive the care required for a damaged tooth, which after having New Sudbury Dental work on the tooth resulted with infections into my jaw.With my awful experience, unnecessary pain and their inability to provide adequate local emergency care as well as additional X-rays not required and billed.To that end my insurance refused to pay for the additional and unnecessary X-Rays. Now I had no choice to reach out to the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario about the billing practices and about the poor care I received.RCDSO assisted in finding another Dentist at the Four Corners who has been amazing and corrected the problems that New Sudbury Dental could not.

Very nice dentist and hygienist. I appreciated the smiles of the whole staff and I felt conforted by this service.

This has been my dentist office for a few years now. They are always friendly and the entire office is super clean. The longest I've waited is 10 mins after my scheduled appointment.
