We have been clients of Springdale Pharmacy since it opened. We have always had very positive experiences with the pharmacy staff. They are knowledgeable and helpful, and always take time to talk about the prescriptions we are receiving, and to answer questions. In fact, one of their pharmacists, Joanna, just spent more than 10 minutes on the phone with me, answering my question about generic drugs, and researching the alternatives for me. An exceptional level of service! There is also a good selection of products on their shelves. Thanks !

Very unprofessional girl staff. My doctor gave me 2 puff prescription and currently I have one and I need only another one. But she said you can take both otherwise you can not get second one. What if I have only few dollars and I already have one puff pending and one I have. Are you paying for me.

Amazing customer service that truly cares for every walk-in person with concern, and the pharmacist owner is incredibly compassionate with his patients and will go above and beyond to assist them. I was there in evening and whole staff was very kind n humble. This drugstore is highly recommended.

Very non professional pharmacist. I went there to give my sample for Covid-19 RT-PCR testing. The pharmacist was so careless, she dropped the bottle containing the swab and buffer after taking my sample. After this she didn't bothered to take another sample. Due to this, I got covid positive report. But when I did the same test at some other pharmacy, my reports were negative. Not recommended.
