Fantastic customer service. We purchased several of Veradek’s Corten Steel planters from an unaffiliated online retailer. The planters arrived in busted open boxes missing the hardware and the online retailer we purchased them from was less than helpful.I reached out to Veradek customer service and asked if it was possible to purchase a replacement set of hardware from them, even though we didn’t purchase the planters through them. Sam Lee, the service rep I spoke with, was incredibly helpful and immediately shipped out a replacement set of hardware. They didn’t even charge me! 10/10 experience. I would definitely do business with this company again.

My experience with Veradek was exceptional. Despite the fact that the wrong item as shipped to me it was quickly corrected and in a very professional manner. Highly recommend the product and the customer service was top notch.

These containers are high quality and a beautiful design at a great price. AND the customer service is amazing! I ordered three containers through Amazon and one of the containers was missing a shelf. I contacted Veradek directed to see if I could order one. Joe responded right away and they are sending one out tomorrow free of charge! That's customer service. I will definitely be buying their products again.

I've purchased two geo trough planters and three corten garden bed planters. Both are excellent quality and the pricing is fantastic! I get so many complements on the corten garden beds and everyone always asks where they can get them.I love seeing when there are new products available.Tracey

I bought two planters from Veradek with a bottom tray. The planters are beautiful but the trays wouldn’t fit. I contacted Veradek support. They replied in less than 4 hours and asked me to send pictures of the planters and trays. They immediately told me they shipped with the wrong trays. They shipped the correct trays which I received in two days. Outstanding customer support.

The customer service at Veradek is amazing! I had purchased planters several years ago and they unfortunately, cracked. I contacted customer service and Joe was exceptional in his communication -- timely and professional. Veradek stood behind their product and are replacing my cracked planters! Was not expecting this. I will happily continue to support this Canadian company. Well done, Veradek and thank you, Joe!

Amazing Customer Service. I ordered a product about a year ago and when ordering the same thing again this year realized there was a part missing. My inquiry was responded to immediately and they offered to send the part without hesitation. Product is excellent but service matters just as much.

We ordered 6 planters in all from Veradek and two of them came in boxes that looked like they had seen better days from the shipping company. With that said, the hardware was missing from these two boxes. I had purchased the planters on Amazon and contacted the seller and the customer service was amazing! They sent out two new packages of hardware. The planters are very sturdy and look amazing in our landscaping!

Absolutely LOVE my Veradek Brixton black planters. I have 4 on my back patio and always get compliments on they. They are beautiful and great quality. I would recommend them. Great customer service also!

I am pleased with the quality of product for the Corten Steel planter that I purchased but the experience in dealing with customer service department on resolving a missing carton from my order back on 5/13/23 has been more than frustrating. I've contacted customer service four times over the last week regarding the issue (apparently a mis-placed FedEx shipping label) and yet I'm still waiting for my missing carton to show as 'picked up' by FedEx and in route to my location. Last three responses from customer service over the last week have been sorry for the delay
