My daughter and her friend went to have their nails done at this salon!They cut them way too short, and when my daughter told the girl that, she just ignored her and kept going, she cut her cuticles and they were bleeding and the nails were crooked.It cost $86 for that and they refused to redo them!I do not recommend this place

Go everywhere but there . Just had the worst after service experience. They messed up my pedi . (Had a bubble in the gel and gel peeled off a few days after ).. couldn't go back to have it fixed due to my schedule and since it took me 20 days to go back ...they charged me to fix it ...it's just 5$ but that is not the point . they just lost a client . Never going there again. They lack profesionalism .

horrible ! my mom and i went and we wanted a simple shellac manicure, when they started doing a step we had never seen before my mom stopped then and asked if this was part of the simple gel shellac manicure and they said yes, so my mom let them continue. when we go pay we see they charged us extra !! when we asked why they said is because we got resin done, but we never asked for that and we even demanded for clarification! then the lady insinuated we were liars. never going there ever again.

Absolutely terrible service and they're scammers. Charged extra for services that were specifically asked to not do and then called my mother and sister liars. They also significantly cut their fingers and there was bleeding. I'm a guy and even I can tell that it was the worst experience ever. Stay far away from this place.

Pathetic services. The lady cut my skin on all the fingers of my hand and the guy at the reception said it’s normal. He said you would not have told her it’s hurting you. Although I did. She still continued to do it so fast and cut my skin. Never going back.

Awful all in pain , I did an appointment with an recommendations from someone .. with a men from there and I called them and said his name that i want only him to do my nails ! Because first time a woman did me shellac instead Of Gel and very fast in 15 min my nails was done in a week they was broken !… And the second time when i wanted to come and that men to do my nails.. i say his name and i have an appoinment with him , they even didn’t heard me what I’m talking about and put me at the table…one woman was working with someone else, she left an old lady to wait 20 min her.. and she started to do my nails.. after she leaved me and said another woman will continue, after that i see it’s the first woman that did my shellac nails.. are you serios ? This woman was crazy with my nails , I m all in pain she worked very fast , I never saw such unprofessional work never ever in my life , I can’t look at my nails with love because my fingers are ugly and hurting! She played with the machine on my fingers not my nails!! And she finished in 30 min , gel nails that needs 1 hour and a half for it !! at the phone they said to me that shellac is 45$ and gel 50$ And at the end I paid 70$ for what ? For pain and ugly nails! Thank you

Sad that no one is bilingual in this place. I almost would have preferred them saying they had no availability. Other than je ne parle pas anglais" which they clearly understood or else how would they even know it was English. Google translate may not be perfect

Extremely disappointed. The guy at the for desk was rude and I didn’t like the service! The nail lady are fabolous.. my daughter is a good client of theres and I don’t know how she deals with it
