Absolutely love this place. Chicken is so tender and tasty. The taters and gravy are to die for. Salad was a little odd but nobody’s perfect. ;-) The wait was quite long today but the food was amazing so that’s a full 5 stars in my books. Staff was just going through the motions. Lol

The best chicken ever. Paid 80 bucks to feed 4 people and it fed us the next day 3 people well worth the 80 bucks hands down. Heat chicken In air fryer next day ita perfect.

Paid $ 79.75 for a 13 piece feast with lg wedge , lg gravy and Mac and cheese, 2 lg poutines ( if you want biscuits they are extra ) the chicken was bland very greasy , some the breading was sliding off and dripping, wedges were disgusting, tasted like day old wedges you tried to microwave to reheat . Mac n cheese wasn't the hot style but your summer salad style ( only sides you can get is Mac n cheese or coleslaw) , all 5 ppl in my house agreed that the only thing not bad was the gravy. You can get better tasting chicken at KFC. Was my FIRST and definitely LAST time going to this place. Waste of my money . So disappointed experience by whole family. Or as my father said it perfectly IT SUCKED!!""

Food is good, but they have a major issue with handling large amounts of people during dinner rushes. I've waiting inside and in drive-through on different occasions for 30-40 minutes to get our food. My recommendation would be to put some extra chicken down in anticipation of the dinner rushes. Sure you might have some leftover that doesn't get sold (snack for the staff?) but at least you won't have angry customers leaving thinking twice about ever returning and telling other people about their unpleasant experience.

Great tasting chicken, like what KFC used to be about 30 years ago. Only downside is the price being so expensive. Quick service for take out and delivery. Some of their sides are really good too.

So good. Not as greasy or salty as other places. Tastes fresh. Very nice staff who are quick and bring the food right to your table. Also the only fast food place to ever put enough gravy on my poutine!

If you want GREAT food and GREAT customer service come to this location! The chicken is succulent and crispy without being greasy. The hot option is truly fiery and doesn't land you on the toilet at the end of the night. The staff are patient and friendly and don't give you the oldest, driest pieces of chicken if they don't like you and actually give you enough dipping sauce. The food even keeps for more than a few hours in the fridge, unlike certain chains. Overall, it's better than KFC and Popeyes combined; reject the former, embrace Mary Brown!
