I wish I read the reviews before I .brought my boat to the new owners . The old owners were the greatest people to deal with.Got an estimate to repair my boat didn't care about the priceJust wanted my boat. Replaced my starter but my old starter was working , didn't need replacing.Never got my old starter back.Installed a new bilge pump threw my old pump in the dumpster, never got it back.How are these guys in business by treating customers like this.

Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience with this marina.I called to touch base regarding my boat as I had dropped it off for it to be worked on.The young lady I spoke with was extremely rude to me and lacked any customer service skills.After the phone call ended, she called me back a few times and hung up on me intentionally every time.I tried to contact the owner of the marina and he never called me back.This was the worst experience I’ve had with a marina in my 20 years.Sadly, I won’t go back after this.

Great place to keep your boat or for repairs. Excellent mechanics. Prices are reasonable when compared to other marinas also considering it's very close and convenient to lake and amenities.

Thank you very very much for Keswick Marina to save my weekend trip. My boat has key ignition problem. I contacted the marine where I bought the boat from, they said I have to change the whole system. Another one wants me to leave the boat there for 3 weeks. Keswick Marine asked me to leave the boat there, they will try in between their jobs, and they fixed it in a day. What a good service! I greatly recommend them!

If you are looking where to take your boat - you have found the place!! Been using them for many years, buying boats and for service. Juergen is their top notch mechanic!! Very well known, ask for him if you need something fixed that no one can figure out - he’s the absolute best!!!!

The worst service ever. Soldered a gasket kit for a power tim unit. 4 weeks and nothing done. Went in to inquire about the parts ordered. Was told then they don't do parts. Wow!!!! Thus place is a joke AVOID IS ALL I HAVE TO SAY! If this is how they treat a new customer I wonder how their service is.

In 2020, I purchased my boat and used the boat launch at Keswick Marina. I always thought that the marina was situated in a great place on Cook's Bay in Lake Simcoe, and that they offered tremendous value. I had Keswick Marina winterize and store my boat for the winter.In May 2021, I requested that the marina summerize" my boat and get it ready for the water. Shortly thereafter

Terrible service - took my boat in to have it winterized and a small repair to a tear in the vinyl seat and they broke the seat in 2 pieces - did nothing on it from Oct 2017 until I picked up in May. I called in in Nov and was told the seat was repaired - was not and are now saying the seat was broken when it went in. Would not suggest anyone use them - if you are not a regular with a boat in their marina they don't care - have no idea what they are doing. Poor service and rude - not our problem attitude.
