Cara has been a delight to work with. She’s explained the process of neurofeedback very thoroughly and has been keen to answer any questions I have. What’s more she’s been able to work with me on some EMDR while undergoing neurofeedback and even when I’ve left a session feeling worse than when I arrived I’ve gained valuable insight and been able to start processing things I’ve long put on the back burner. Cara is accommodating and attentive and the space is welcoming and comfortable. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for some help in understanding where their brain is at so they can effectively roadmap a way forward.
