I placed an emergency call for roof repairs. Friday June 3. appointment made next day. they cancelled . rescheduled for Sunday, they cancelled. rescheduled for everyday the following week and everyday they cancelled.If you want to get something repaired don't expect them to arrive.worst experience . Not worthy of 1 star!

All work was not completed. The young man showed up without a ladder and The main task was installing light fixtures in the ceiling and one in my stairwell…. and I specified same when I requested the work. He was not an electrician and his mother waited in the car while he worked . I was asked initially how long I thought it would take to complete the work I had requested and I felt 3 hours would be sufficient. He didn’t work a minute past the 3 hour time frame I estimated which meant he couldn’t complete the additional work I wanted done.I feel $80 per hour for someone who is unqualified was far too much. In fact, the first light he installed is crooked and falling from the ceiling.DO NOT HIRE HANDYMAN CARAVANHIRE A PROFESSIONAL!

They are a nightmare to deal with. They don't know how to communicate and are super rude. I went to a clients house to perform a service. They didn't even tell me what the full job description is so I have no idea what I'm suppose to do. I told the client I don't have the proper jig because they didn't tell me I was suppose to perform this service. The client says its ok and called the company and I was instructed to leave. The company calls me threatening to charge me a penalty for leaving without performing the task. I even asked the client clearly Did you clearly tell the company the full and exact work description?". The client said yes. The company failed to communicate that with me.I even explained to them how I feel we (contractors) are walking in blind to jobs. "Install a door" is so vague. You get to the site and the customer wants you to modify and alter the door too. I told them to be more clear and maybe we can equipt the right tools and get tasks done efficiently.Anyways

Scam. I was hired as a handyman a month ago. I did 5 jobs for them. They paid me for 4 services. The biggest service I paid for material and they didn't pay me. They said they are having problems with the etransfer, a lie. This over 10 days old. Fraud. Do not hire or work for them. I went to the police and reported it. Scam.

Stay away. I reached out to this company to repair our broken garahe door entry as they were advertising on kijiji. I sent them the pictures, and Mario told me that is easily fixable and their pro can do it within an hour or just over an hour and arranged a time to fix it. I told them to meet me in the back alley as the detached garage was at the back and I wasn't living there as it was our rental property.On the scheduled day, I waited 20 mins and checked with them if their pro was on the way. No Response. It turned out their pro was waiting at the front sitting in gis truck and never tried to call me.He said the company does not give him any contact info for customer and none of the directions were given to come at the back. Upon looking at the door, he said there is no way he could repair that within reasonable time and asked me to pay for his visit. I was shocked and upset and told him I am not paying for the service I never recieved and I was given misleading information by Mario who arranged all that.After he left, just after 5 mins, I started getting calls / txts from their accounts department" to pay for the visit which again I was never advised would be a thing during arrangment.One txt said

Worst experience. Utmost non professional and disastrous service. They sent 2 handyman to replace my kitchen faucet. After 1 hour of effort they were not able to take off my existing faucet and finally broke it. They were not able to fix the same and left. So forget about doing the job they actually broke my existing faucet and damaged property. After that I wrote email to the manager and wanted immediate service and take care of the urgent issue as I was not able to use my kitchen sink anymore. I didn’t get response as when this can be addressed.I would recommend anyone not to take the service from this company. They don’t deserve to get even 1 star in review.

This company is based in Philipne that scamed people in Canada. They used the Canadian Law wisely because you really can not go after them if they messed up your house. They do not have any assest that you can seize if they damaged your home,and they are not registered and insured in Canada. They used App to make multiple phone calls to contact you but they even have nothing in Canada. This company contracted the jobs out to someone who is not qualifed as handyman. I never agreed the 80 dollars per hour charge but they still sent me the bill via my email. Never trust this company.Walk away unless you are philipano

Was looking for a quick estimate on some work. The guy was able to come out with short notice, in spite of tenant changing the time, but failed to connect with me. I recieved a bill for the time, but no estimate or advice or proof he had actually been there. I was able to get his name and find him on Facebook, so I sent him a private message. He responded and gave me a copy of the quote that I should have received from the company.

We requested a free quote. The handyman came out gave the quote but said the job was too extensive for one person. Then they send us an invoice and threatened us with collections agency if we didn’t pay. What a joke of a company. Never use them. Btw, this is all in the span of 20 minutes. It’s okay, we have everything in writing and recording anyways
