Prior to enlisting Nikki’s amazing customer focused and professional services, I had not the best experience with travel agents. Nikki was always readily available for my numerous questions and inquiries and was able to take my many wishes and find the perfect family vacation for my family to Jamaica within a budget. Instead of taking my money and booking my vacation on the spot, she had recommended I wait a few months as there would be promotions and discounts that would substantially reduce the cost and get us a better deal saving us thousands. To me this shown her amazing ethics and integrity in herself and her business. Her superior knowledge from her own personal travel experiences and honesty with rates, locations and extras alleviated all my concerns for travelling with my children out of the country for the first time. On our last day on vacation our flight with Air Canada had our prior advanced seat section deleted in which we had booked for our flight there and back to ensure our family was sitting together on our flight home as we had children and didn’t want to risk not sitting together on the plane. Even though it was Air Canada’s mistake, Nikki spent hours on the phone on our behalf to ensure they rectified the issue and get us a credit for our troubles so that we could spend our last day in paradise enjoying the sun and not worrying about our travel issues for the next day. Unfortunately, we had similar issues like this with another travel agent and ended up ruining our last day as she told us she couldn’t help. I highly recommend Nikki to everyone who travels as she goes above and beyond and gives you peace of mind.I can’t wait until my next vacation in the new year that she recommended and booked for me.
