I purchased my blinds from the Richmond Hill store. The selection process was great. The installer Ken Puddicombe was excellent. He really went the extra mile to fix a problem where the blinds were not sent to his store as ordered. Ken went on his own time the next day to pick the blinds up from Toronto and arranged to install on his off time the very next day. Ken did everything to ensure I got my blinds as soon as possible and provided excellent customer service. He was fast and efficient and I highly recommend Ken for an installer. Ken even went the extra mile to help me with 2 items that I was waiting for help with. Ken and his wife make an excellent team!!!!!
