This the best karate dojo in town! My kids have attended since they were 4 years old. Joe and Michelle Alfonso are amazing and teach so well. Recommend 100% for strength, discipline, and self defense.

I couldn't take a first punch in 1990 and then after training with martial arts it was easy but not always. Now if a person knows where they are hiding at. If I try to avoid violence and call the cop then if have to fight usually goes good. Steve Lorne iverson
