Just ordered and received my ZZ Omega Monster Wheel. The company has awesome customer service. Almost immediate responses to questions via text! All questions were answered promptly, shipping was immediate. A small omission was rectified immediately. Have not had a chance to use the machine yet, but am sure it will meet my expectations

I ordered water shoes for the beach. Not only did it take almost a month to get to my house, but they sent me the wrong size!! I gave a three star review because it's very agitating that they can't even send you the right size that you ordered.
