Terrible place to get a car,in November 2022 I got a Hyundai Tucson 2016, by January the engine spoilt (sure they knew the engine was weak), considering they sold me extended warranty for 4700cad and was told it will cover engine, transmission etc. The insurance said the maximum coverage was 2400 for an engine that cost 9000 CAD( I used their mechanic). Amanda called to say they will make exchange although I was going to forfeit over 8,000 down payment, which I was considering. Guess what? they offered me with over 600cad monthly payment on a 2015 Hyundai Santafe for 60months. They refused to support with the repairs. Now I have over 8,000 cad debt on my credit cards. I also had to change the Turbo which I complained to khaled when I bought the car but he said that’s how the Turbo works, I ignorantly believed him.Avoid this guys, they will tell you all you need to hear just to sign any car. It’s over 6weeks since I spoke to Amanda and she said she was going to get back to me.Their cars are garbage but they will show u all sort of AMVIC inspections and carfx.I have spelt close to 40k on garbage. SAD

Poor customer service. Many promises made that were never kept. Always took over 1 day to get response to a question, if I ever got one. When I did get the vehicle, it had not been cleaned, no owner's manual, only 1 key, and the tank was almost empty.Many promises, both verbal and in writing that were not kept. Picked the vehicle up on a Wednesday and was told the deposit would be etransfered to me the same day or the next morning at the latest. It took 10 days to get it and I had to make a special trip back to Calgary to receive it.Everything kept changing the closer I got to picking it up. Thought I was purchasing, but discovered it was a lease for almost double what I felt comfortable affording.This is the last time I believe a salesman in Calgary regarding vehicle purchases.

As a newcomer I was happy to meet guys. They are highly professionals, especially Shane. They provided me all car history, helped with insurance and was very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

My husband thought there was no chance of getting a vehicle until he started talking to the awesome people here. Dave Long spend days fighting for him to get financing. Having a voluntary repossession 6 months ago and just starting a new job 2 weeks ago made it tough, but Dave didn't give up. He got hubby into a vehicle.A huge Thank You to Shane and Dave for giving their all! Now we have a vehicle to not only travel to work, but to take trips and enjoy exploring with as well.

I got a vechile through these guys and they deserve more than 5 stars. They went above and beyond for me. They delivered on time and still checked on how I was liking my car afterwards. Dave Long is a very upmost professional guy who would bend over backwards to help you get approved or anything that is needed. Thank you Dave and team for the excellent service. You guys rock!!

I don't usually do reviews but when I do, it means they really deserve it and I only give honest comment. Just bought a vehicle for my son about a week ago. First we were looking for an all wheel drive. We checked quite a few places but my son had his heart set on the dodge journey. It was a front wheel drive but they did offer a set of winter tires for free. Brooke Sotski is such a sweetheart. I can be quite demanding but she handled it with patience. The communication was prompt. The customer service was great. We have had a couple small issues with the vehicle and so far she has been helpful. Steele, the manager is also very accommodating. If you are looking for a vehicle, head to Drivenet and ask for Brooke. They really appreciate your business and will try their best to make you happy. Thanks Brooke! This place is on my recommend list in Calgary.

Brooke was great. No problem, no hassles. That girl works hard. After I picked out the vehicle and since I was pressed for time, financing was conveniently done over text and it really was the easiest vehicle I have ever purchased. I highly recommend Drive Net.

This past week I met with the lovely associate Brooke, as a young girl buying her first car from a dealership Brooke did everything in her power to help me out, help me understand some of the things I didn’t get. She was straightforward with me about everything and her GM was just as amazing. We had lovely conversations and she seemed just as excited for me as I was. I would 100% recommend DriveNet but especially Brooke to anyone looking for a new car. It was a great experience here. Brooke made sure every time I was to drive this car it was topped up on gas for me, and clean inside. She helped me transfer my registration from my old car to new! She made this process the easiest thing in the world! I will definitely be back when me or my family members need a new car!
