Kind freindly staff and Dr Crouzat is one of the greatest doctors I have ever met. I highly recommend this clinic.

I wanted to update my review on here, as I have been with QSTC now for almost 5 years. I am now with Dr. Crouzat, as Dr. Siu moved to another area. Dr. Crouzat is hands down the best doctor I have ever spoken with. He's straightforward and knowledgeable, but also easy to talk to, and he has a sense of humour. I always feel like I can talk to him about anything, not just my addiction issues. He's always been supportive and trusting (though of course you have to earn that trust!).And of course, there is Rosa. The tireless, smiling, incredible front desk staff! She is so funny and smart, and puts up with all our crazy issues like it's no big deal. She is always the best part of my weekly visits! I don't know how, but she makes the job look easy.If you or someone you know is dealing with opiate addiction, and they are ready to seek help, this is an excellent place to go. Appointments are covered under OHIP, and if you are on ODB then methadone and suboxone are also covered. They have Hepatitis C specialists on site weekly. Simply the best clinic I have been at!

Absolutely lovely staff. They are so very patient and treat everyone with kindness respect (even when kindness and respect is the opposite of what is being given to them at times). I honestly don't know how they do it! Dr. Crouzat is a fantastic doctor who is easy to talk to, genuine, respectful, knowledgeable (but is not too egotistical to admit when he doesn't know something) and is probably the best doctor I've had, in ANY field, ever. I have been to MANY other clinics over the years but this one stands out above all the others and imo is without a doubt, hands down, the very best!
