Smith's Shoes offers amazing, personal service. Their staff are very knowledgeable. Their shoes are high quality. They stand behind their sales--even allowing me to try a pair of shoes at home and still return them! To top it off I can get wide shoes, which I have difficulty finding.

Had another successful experience at Smith's Shoes. Cy fitted my daughter for Blundstones and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes! The selection was great and the service was wonderful. I highly recommend shopping at this gem of a shop in downtown Smiths Falls.

Great customer service, including a fitting to ensure you are getting the correct size based on the shoe type. Worth the drive to the Falls! They also have a great selection of Darn Tough socks.

Remember when you were a kid… your parents took you to a shoe store? There was a somber man, likely in a suit and tie, that measured your foot with the aluminum scale, then magically came out with shoes that fit perfectly??Well, this place is like that. Old school customer service! Amazing attention to detail. No old somber men here, but the women were excellent in their understanding of what we wanted in footwear.Can’t say enough about our visit. Highly recommend you go!

I have plantar faciitis and visited this store for compression socks made especially for this purpose. Cy ordered the socks for me, followed up with a phone call to say he could get them and a second call four days later when they arrived in the store. Bonus, the socks make my feet feel better!! Very friendly staff and excellent customer service. Thank you!!

I was in a rush to find a brown dress shoe with a full lether sole for wedding, but that I could wear for years to come. The customer service was incredible. The owner went out of his way to make it happen In time for the wedding.Great knowledge of quality footwear.
