I called Vic's Towing for the first time in 1984 and ever since they are the only guys i call when i need a tow truck in Ottawa or anywhere around. Very honest and fair they deserve more than five stars.

DO NOT USE. Worst towing company in the city. They took advantage of me on the road (I never called them for service), drove my car to the FURTHEST collision centre and charged my insurance for a cleaning fee (never happened, luckily they dropped the fee). It's been 2 weeks now and they are still holding it hostage. It gets worse because apparently 'the lease on the lot is up', so they moved my vehicle to an undisclosed lot. I now have no idea where my car is being held hostage. Never ever accept their help.

DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDSTER!!! Billed my insurance company $ 1900 for a 30 k tow then would not release the vehicle or let an assessor in. Then he started charging a storage fee!! Eventually after four weeks we had to get a court order to get the vehicle out. Avoid our horror story and DO NOT USE VIC'S.

Vic's Towing is one of the oldest companies in ottawa. Very professional and the prices for their towing services are extremely fair, I have used Vics Towing more than once in the past.
