Have had good experience's buying new John Deere based gensets from them in the past. Parts pricing on John Deere parts is usually cheaper than the JD Agriculture dealers. Haven't had to use their service for anything more than basic maintenance but thus far I've found the service to be good. They also have Kubota engines and build their own generators in house.

been dealing with Kevin from the parts department in calgary and he's done alot for me specely in the last 2 weeks.had my kubota motor rebuild and the engine shop didn't do so good so I had to overhaul my engine my self. he's found every part for me that I've needed and has gone the extra mile every time

I brought in a welder for warranty work first at christian electric then this place, They told me that the engine needed to be replaced, it only has 880 hours on it, I took it home and left to the U.S for a year and a half and when I got back Istarted to disassemble it my self and noticed that not one person took apart the engine to see what was wrong, during my disassembly i noticed the cam shaft was missing a cam journal which could have caused vibration that made the rocker arms back off, I ordered the parts my self and reassembled the welder my self, now it runs like new again, Fronteir power , cristian electric and kubota should be ashamed of themselves for hosing me like that. I Did have to pay for inspections that were not sufficient to diagnose problem.
