Service was good. Initially ordered pot pie but the kitchen didn’t tell the server until after the appetiser was done. Ordered the wrap, cold and yet somehow charred, poorly made and unseasoned. Barely anything in it. Chicken was bland and unseasoned as well.

The food was as to be expected...passable... However we are still dealing with immune issues in a Covid world. I was completely surprised that none of the staff are masked. I understand that most people are not out in public however this is the first eatery I have visited where staff are unmasked. This led to a terribly uncomfortable experience as the waitresses kept leaning in over the table to talk at us. The further away I moved the more she leaned. Just simply no idea of how uncomfortable she was making us feel.

Went with my parents and had a perfect meal! The bundles with appetizer and dessert are an amazing value, and the food is always impeccable. Service is wonderful and the atmosphere is great. Dad had Ribs, Mom had Chicken Pot Pie and I had the Quarter Chicken, and we all cleaned our plates! Also, the Coconut Cream Pie is the best in the city!

Valentine's Lunch with my wife. Food was perfect, service was perfect, polite staff. Everything great. Cheque came and my wife paid. Attitude of servers instantly flipped. We could hear them talking about us from our table how real men should pay and she clearly didn't know that. We'll never go here again.

This is over two occurrences. Meal one: wings as appetizer were delicious. Chicken and ribs - ribs tasted warm at best, flavour mediocre. Great server. Second meal: festive beef" was only beef... the beef was juicy and had a nice peppercorn bite to it. The mashed potato was warm to cool and definitely had the pasty boxed potato flavour. Vegetables appeared dry and had minimal flavor. Gravy was tasty. Service was confusing/ fair as the servers were shifting on the fly. Server took order incorrectly and kinda questioned it being my fault. No names given by either server. Overall: average run of the mill chain restaurant."

Meal was good however order wasn't complete. Ordered 2 festive roast beef meals, no lindor chocolates or $10coupons included, but should have been with order.
