Not sure what the point of booking appointments is.i bookaed an appointment for my husband he went at his time and was told he would get a call in 15mins because they were running behind schedule. Ok wait 30mins he goes back and they still not ready needless to say he cancelled. Customer Service sucks.

I first started going to Candace a little over a year ago, and she is absolutely amazing. Every time I go, we have a great conversation about what I'm getting done and nothing gets done until we are both satisfied. She always understands exactly what I'm looking for, and executes it flawlessly. She's such a fun person to talk to, and we always have some good laughs. She makes me feel so comfortable that I feel okay asking even the really stupid questions about hair. She gives me excellent advice and recommendations on products and hair care techniques. Prices are a little bit steeper than you'd find at a chatters in the city, but it is 110% worth it for the quality of service and the experience you are getting. If anyone is looking for a new hair stylist, I recommend Candace without hesitation!!!

This salon is just amazing! Jocelyn is an extremely talented stylist. This is the first time I’ve ever been back to a salon for a second time because I loved my hair cut so so much . Jocelyn gave me so much good advice on haircare and for the first time in years I’ve actually seen a noticeable difference and I’m so pleased! She’s super accommodating and knew exactly how to fit my needs I’m so glad I had this experience and will definitely be back again. Thank you so much !

I wanted to get red violet hair colour. The stylists discussed and decided to do the treatment in a gentle way. However, not even one strand of my hair I could see the red violet at all. And at the end they said to me. Your hair didnt cooperate so next time we will do it better. I paid 325$ for this experience. I wanted the hair cut short the stylist only trimmed the bangs. So basically I went home and looked almost the same as I always look after fresh hair colour. I saved up to get a better experience , tNever going back. Please save your money and go to any other hair dresser. Just because its a big company DOES not mean you will get what you want.

I had a welcoming greeting on arrival for my appointment. My hairdresser was thoroughly asking about my hair history, needs and wants for my appointment. She was very thorough explaining a product that I requested. I recommend this salon and I look forward to going there again in the future. Thank you ladies !
