I recently had K1 Audio install a new home theatre system and renovate the in-ceiling speaker system throughout my entire house. I can confidently say that the service provided by K1 Audio, and especially the owner Kayvan, was exceptional. Kayvan demonstrated a true dedication to customer satisfaction, going above and beyond to ensure a successful installation. He even went so far as to pick up the cabinetry for us to ensure everything was installed properly.Throughout the entire process, Kayvan was always available to answer any questions and address any concerns we had. He also regularly followed up with us after the installation to ensure our complete satisfaction. The equipment selection process was made easy thanks to Kayvan's expertise and guidance.I would recommend K1 Audio to anyone without hesitation. What a pleasure it is to know Kayvan. We hired Kayvan for multiple jobs including the wiring and installation of our security cameras, the wiring and installation of televisions throughout the house including a sound system, and installation of our outdoor lights. After moving into a new house, Kayvan was able to take care of all of our needs in a very professional manner. He is prompt, very reliable, and more importantly extremely clean (you wont even know he was there when he has finished the job). Kayvan has made himself accessible to us via phone at anytime or in person. He has really made our move to the new house enjoyable. We strongly recommend his excellent services!

It has been a great experience working with Kayvan at K1Audio. Kayvan started doing work for us a couple of years ago as we starting renovating a older home. He installed all new cable wires throughout the home.. set up a old movie theatre and got it running for us...as well as new speakers installed in the home...universal remotes...and routers for our internet system. ..Our internet starting having problems, it was our actual cable box that Rogers replaced, but it still wasn't working properly. I emailed Kayvan and less than 2 hours after the email he was at my house to reset all of the routers to work with the new cable box. Kayvan offers the best customer service I have ever experienced. It is greatly appreciated!!! All his work is done in a timely manner and very professional...highly recommend K1 Audio!!

We were excited but overwhelmed when we first started the process of searching for a qualified home theatre installer, but once we met with Kayvan and spoke with him, he really made us feel comfortable that it was going to turn out all right through his extensive product and theatre systems knowledge.The theatre was installed very well, family and friends love it, not to mention, us.He was very diligent and professional throughout the entire process. Kayvan was fantastic. He installed a 100 inch Epson short throw and screen. We did run into a few problems but he saw them through and made everything great. Definitely use K1, they are great!
