Beverly was instrumental in not only helping me to find a beautiful house, but the service along the way was the truly impressive part of my interaction with her. After describing to her the best that I could the type of house that I was looking for, she initially offered many choices that matched my criteria, but also suggested some others as possibilities. I really liked this, and made me feel like she was considering things that I may have never thought of regarding features or things about other houses. She was incredibly patient, and asked questions along the way when I was uncertain or unclear about things in order to help to pinpoint what exactly I was unsure about so she could educate me and so that I could be better informed and that I understood things very clearly before making any choices. She has an incredible wealth of experience and knowledge, and understood all things not only about the house, but about all things regarding living in that particular neighborhood. When it came down to making and offer and the subsequent back and forth, Beverly was steady and calm - which was much appreciated as this part of of the home buying experience was stressful and is a process with many technicalities. She knew all the ins-and-outs during this period of the process all the way through closing. I felt incredibly well taken care of and her knowledge, care, consideration, professionalism and great sense of humor made my house buying experience an exciting, happy and fulfilling experience as it should have been. I will always be grateful for her help in not just buying a house, but in finding a home. Clearly, I would recommend her and Pierre without hesitation.
