Not an easy place to deal with especially if you own a small business. If you need something on time go elsewhere. I waited an hour to be loaded with one tote of type N after waiting 3 hours for them to process my credit card (which they have on file as I have an account with them) it's 2020, you'd think that you could come up with a better system by now.

Subpar and cracks way too easily

I am truck driver . I have the safety equipments & when i meet shipper that guys are very rude to me . If you guys dont know how to do your job please dont do it.

Quick distribution and orders all always perfect

Terrible experience

Had some problems with concrete mix twice when doing a project. Rep came out and replaced original product and gave me clear to re pour. Bought more expensive mix and failed also. I suggested environmental again and he looked puzzled by what I meant. Offered me replacement product but I have lost alot of time and money on labour and other materials. Sent a bill and no reply. Contacted again recently and rep offered me products to return to companies...more then I originally purchased. Crazy to think Frauding a company for returning product I never purchased there is the answer. Hopefully something comes of this. Had positive results in the past.
