Terrible experience! I booked him for Sunday at 10AM and when I called at 10:30AM to see if he was still coming he said he was still sleeping. When he showed up at 12PM he complained about having to come and miss the world cup. He then damaged my closet frame from the carpet cleaning head or hose. He also left black dragging marks and scrapes on my baseboards from the carpet cleaning head. He also went into my basement bathroom which was clearly under construction, it had no flooring, no vanity, the dry wall was being repaired and the toilet was sitting freely in the middle of the room on top of some flyers not even near the drain.. and he dumped all of his dirty carpet water in the toilet which leaked out and took me an entire evening to clean up in the bathroom. When I called him regarding this he told me to call me when the temperature warmed up and was warmer than -12 and then when I explained the damage he said he didnt do it and told me not to text him anymore. He didnt even give me a receipt or invoice for payment. He took my $160 cash and probably didnt even report it which is why he didnt give me an invoice. Which I will be reporting to the CRA.
