The folks at hitch factory are kind, accommodating and knowledgeable. The location is super easy to access with your vehicle. I had a break controller installed in my Tacoma and couldn’t be any happier about the completed job. Thanks for the excellent service!

Amazing and helpful! We had no working trailer lights on a Saturday morning as we were to depart for a long trip. We drove in, they quickly tested and found the problem was a blown fuse. They would not accept payment. Next time we need new wiring or hitch for our trailer we will go here.

After being continuously let down with cancelation of installation at uhaul i decided to try hitch factory. I was not disappointed. From the receptionist who is a wonderful person, polite and curteous and professional. To the actual install itself. Fantastic service. Fast and reliable. Visited the Hitch Factory to get a hitch installed on my car. The team was very friendly and helpful, while installation was prompt and precise. They really went above and beyond with their customer service. Also got a bike rack! Will definitely return for any future needs!

Brought our 2017 Durango in on Thursday before closing for them to install all wiring, brake controller and hitch. Picked it up Saturday morning and couldn’t be happier. Everything works perfectly. Looks amazing and the service was top notch. Saved myself $1500 taking it here in comparison to Dodge dealer. Labour was half the time quoted at Dodge as well. They know what they’re doing and are best around the area at it. Highly recommend.

Dropped my trailer off thinking my brakes were bad. They checked it out and nothing wrong. Turns out it was my brake controller not adjusted properly. My bad. Got me straightened out and didn't even charge me. Gotta love it. Thank you Hitch Factory.

Professional installation, reasonable pricing. Everything a person may need as regards tow hitches and accessories are available here. My appointment time was honored exactly, and there is a comfortable waiting area w coffee.Only negative (4/5), was having to pay $3.69 for a receiver cover...they were included previously.

I had a trailer hitch and bike rack installed. The service was excellent. They took the time to show me how to properly mount the bike rack and the mechanic was very friendly. It was also done in half the time they quoted it would take. Highly recommend the Hitch Factory!
