The people at the Community Legal Centre are extremely helpful. You'll call, state the issue, and someone will call you back the next day, do an intake, and have a lawyer or legal representative that specializes in that area call you back with helpful advice. Call them. With Covid nonsense, they handle issues over the phone mostly. I only took a star away because if it is an emergency, don't expect to talk to someone the same day. Worth calling though.

This entire center is as useless a goldfish walker. They made my mom wait a whole year to represent her and when the time came they couldn’t and advised her to postpone it so that they may have time to work on her case. A full year later and this office has yet to even open her case and the only advice they’re giving her is to postpone her hearing again. And when asked if in a year they’ll be able to actually look at her file, his answer? I can’t predict the future. Well let me predict yours if you go to these guys. nothing will happen and that’s your futur.
