I have been to Shaganappi GM twice now both for an oil change.All the staff from sales rep to mechanics are respectful, professional and have treated me and my car well.They are fair on their pricing and I will continue to take my car here for oil change and other maintenance.*Note: photo is not taken from the premises

Lance was great at helping me find a suitable vehicle. He was relaxed, friendly, and not pushy at all to make a sale. He made the process very easy and comfortable. I would highly recommend Lance and would go back for any future vehicle purchases.

They were very nice, friendly, polite and honest. As a single woman its a challenge when you need help with a vehicle. These folks were wonderful! I dropped off my car, they got me to work and picked me up. They were very honest and did not take advantage of me. They went above and beyond, even looking for my car for me when I was there and ready to go. I am very happy to have found a company like this!

It was a real pleasure working with Lance - I'm completely satisfied with his service and my new vehicle! Lance was very personable and easy going. Never pushy, never in a hurry or rush to make a sale. He was genuine and let us take our time. He made everything work for us and we're very grateful. Hi, we recently bought a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox from Shaganappi Chev. We have always owned GM products and this was the best experience we have ever had. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable. Our salesman, Nels Fredborg, was excellent. We did not feel at all pressured, he respected our privacy in discussing the purchase ourselves before making the deal. Jodie in finance was also excellent in providing us with all of the options even though we were not financing. All in all it was definitely worth the trip from Edmonton.

Shaganappi experience was awesome Would recommend Jim Ayer and all the Shaganappi team to anyone buying a car. It can be a very stressful time and they will guide you through it with ease. I feel Jim and I after two short meetings have known each other all our lives and I would put complete trust in him. After sales service was the best as well. For a stress free purchase please give them a try. I have 3 GM dealers wilth in 10 minutes of my house and I would drive the 40 minutes to deal with the Shaganappi Team on my next purchase.
